"Rewards" allows users to redeem their reward points for gifts, including physical goods, virtual vouchers, and participation in prize draws. I. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
- Sign in to your HeyTap account and enjoy Rewards services. You need to register for or sign in to your HeyTap account to enjoy Rewards services and manage your reward points and orders in one place. To this end, we may collect information about your HeyTap account, including your account name, display name, and profile picture.
- To identify the current device that is using this function and to control device security, we need to obtain your device information (such as IMEI);
- To optimize product functions and personalize your user experience, we will optimize the logic of our interface layout according to the usage habit data of the majority of users. This is to make the our software easier to use. To do this, we need to acquire data about your operational behavior, such as product function usage statistics.
- To provide you with recommendations for local gifts, we need to collect your location information via base stations, etc.
- When you participate in our offline events, we may collect the mobile phone number you provided to us to contact you and inform you of the time and location of the event.
- To deliver goods to you, we need to collect information such as your name, phone number, and shipping address.
- To allow you to search your redemption history and for other customer service assistance, we need to collect your redemption history, order transaction details, and other related order information.
- To provide you with customer support services, we may collect the feedback you provide.
We will strictly abide by the purpose stated in the aforementioned when your personal information is used. Your personal information will only be used for the purposes that have been established at the time of collection with your consent. In the event that such information may be used for any other purposes, we will seek your prior consent before we proceed. You are aware of and understand that Rewards may include services provided by our affiliates and authorized partners, and that after obtaining your consent, we may share with them the information you provide to us, so as to provide you with a better customer service and user experience. For example, we may share your order information for physical goods with a third-party logistics company that works with us, so as to deliver the goods to you by courier. Or when you use the "Local Gifts" service, we will share your order information with third-party local distributors that work with us in order for them to conduct necessary business management. Unless otherwise stated in this Personal Information Protection Policy, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your prior consent for their respective independent marketing or commercial use.

When you use the points mall service, because the point mall service application contains the SDK plug-ins provided by our authorized partners, when you use the relevant services provided by the authorized partners, these service plug-ins will collect and process your personal information. If you need to use services provided by third-party service providers in Rewards, such as "local gifts" operated by local distributors, such third parties may collect your information, and we cannot control third-party privacy and data protection policies as such third parties are not bound by this Policy. Before you submit personal data to third parties, please read their privacy protection policies.
After you stop using certain functions of Rewards, Rewards will stop collecting or synchronizing your personal information. After you delete your HeyTap ID, we will immediately delete or anonymize your personal information.
IV. How do we update this personal information protection policy
This personal information protection policy allows adjustments, but without your express consent, we will not weaken the rights you enjoyed in accordance with this personal information protection policy.
If you do not agree to the above personal information protection policy, we will not be able to collect and use the information necessary to provide services, and thus we will not be able to provide you with normal services.
This personal information protection policy takes effect from the date of update.
